Participants in the Israel By Choice program assisted by the Zionist Federation of Australia tell of their time in Jerusalem…watch the video.
The average age of those on the program is 18, post-secondary school on a 5- or 10-month school leavers option.
Participants are predominately Australia — from all across the country but mainly both Sydney and Melbourne — but each year there are a few South Africans, New Zealanders and the occasional South American.
