In 2022 we will be focusing on Keeping Alive the Stories of Survival with Holocaust Survivor Olga Horak OAM.
As well as Olga, the candlelighters this year will be Joseph Symon, Ana de Leon, Gaby de Leon, Jack Meister and Sam Young. We will also hear from Egon Sonneschein who will be talking of the Bosnian family who hid his baby sister during the Holocaust and were given the honour of Righteous Among the Nations.
Alexis Fishman, Australian/American actress and singer, and Board Member of 3GNY (a New York based organisation for descendants of Holocaust survivors) will speak of her experience of Keeping Alive her family’s stories of survival, as well as performing a song accompanied by Ben Adler and Paul Khodor as Chutney Unplugged.
