The Zionist Council of NSW hosted its annual Yom Ha’atzmaut Concert and Carnival to celebrate 69 years of Israel’s independence.

Over 2000 members of the community joined the festivities to show their love and support for Israel.

The families enjoyed free amusement rides, face-painting & photo booths.

Pita Mix and Kosherlicious served up delicious food for the whole family, with The Sweet Chick taking care of all the sweets.

The Sabress Band from Israel played all the best Israeli hits throughout the afternoon.

Richard Balkin President of the Zionist Council of NSW commented, “It was really wonderful to see all the young families and the children who came to celebrate Yom Ha’atzmaut, thank you to our community for celebrating with us and continuing to show solidarity for Israel.”
