Wrublewski funeral on Wednesday
The funeral of Michael Wrublewski, the man behind the Sydney Kings and a former president of Maccabi NSW will take place on Wednesday morning….and Maccabi NSW pays the following tribute.
In life there is always uncertainty but one thing is certain Michael Wrublewski, OAM will always be part of Maccabi’s history. So much about life is what we do while we are “busy living” that we actually forget about what we leave when we are gone. Michael was unique, an individual who did so many good things during his lifetime, but has left even more in death which says a lot about him as a highly accomplished man. Robert Burns once said, “A man’s reach should exceed his grasp” he must have been thinking about Michael when he wrote these words.
Maccabi NSW is eternally grateful for Michael’s outstanding contribution to our organization which spanned over 40 years. His contribution will always stand the test of time. Our deepest sympathy goes to the entire Wrublewski family. There are no words at this time to ease your pain. We feel your sadness and your grief. Please know that Maccabi will always honour Michael’s name with respect and dignity. Our dear Michael, our King of Hearts, may have gone too soon but the legacy he leaves behind will live on forever.
