Melbourne’s Jewish Care will launch its 2016 Annual Appeal tomorrow with the first of several donor events that will aim to raise $3.6 million for the many programs and services that receive little or no government funding.
One of these areas is our Disability Services. Without the support from our community, people in the video below and others would not have the support, infrastructure and programs they have today.
A Little Help From My Friends is the second video in our ‘Changing Perceptions’ series.
In this video we hear how the lives of people with disability have improved with the help of Jewish Care Victoria.
Having support from Jewish Care and the community contributes to greater independence, confidence and self-esteem.
