White Supremacy Group Active in Canberra

Residents across Canberra have been shocked to find leaflets promoting white supremacy in their letterboxes.
The leaflet stated that a “society that promoted mass immigration, race-mixing, abortion, feminism, usury and white-guilt propaganda” was a result of “diversity and liberalism”.
According to the Australian edition of the UK Daily Mail, the leaflet directed readers to a website for Hussaric Dawn.
“Help the Hussaric Dawn to secure land exclusively for the White Race and help us enforce laws against liberalism”.
That website has now been taken down.
One local said she was shocked that such material was circulating in Canberra.
ACT Police have confirmed that they were investigating the pamphlets.
A representative of the the ACT Jewish Community said that none of its members has reported receiving the white supremacist leaflets that appear to have been distributed in Canberra’s south.
The spokesperson said: “We condemn and deplore in the strongest possible terms the distribution of hate literature of any kind.”
“We understand the matter is being investigated by the police and we will await the outcome of those inquiries.”
