Keynote speaker Rachael Robertson motivated the audience to reach higher, with her own inspirational story of leading an Australian Antarctic Expedition. For 9 months, Rachael experienced an intense leadership journey in total isolation, in the coldest, driest, windiest place on earth, reliant upon 17 other people she hardly knew. Rachael highlighted the significance of team work which is crucially important in achieving common goals.
The evening concluded with the announcement of the recipients of the Jewish Care Ethos mission to Israel: General Manager, Community Services, Maureen Flaherty and Manager of Organisational Development, Sammantha Hewitt
