Victorian police looking for alleged up-skirter
Victorian Police are seeking a man who allegedly up-skirted a woman using a torch and mirror concealed under his briefcase while travelling on a Melbourne city loop train on 26 November 2012.
The woman boarded the city bound train at Richmond Railway Station just before 9am. A short time later the man sat opposite her, placed a briefcase on his lap and pretended to do a crossword.
While the train was in transit the woman noticed a light shining from the man’s crotch and realised he had a torch and mirror between his legs so he could look up her skirt.
Police have released images of a man whom they believe may be able to assist them in their enquiries.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, between 50-60 years old, with dark hair and a bushy beard that was greying. He was wearing a dark broad brimmed hat, dark coloured suit jacket with matching pants, light blue button-up shirt and carried a briefcase.
It is believed the man boarded the city loop train at Richmond Railway Station after commuting inbound on the Sandringham train line.
