Upton called on the NSW parliament to move the following motions
“That this House
1. Condemns the Monday 13 February 2012 bombing attack on the Israeli Embassy personnel in New Delhi and Tbilisi and
2. Calls on the authorities in India and Georgia to conduct a thorough investigation on the at attacks so as to bring the perpetrators to justice.
