The United Israel Appeal Women’s Division launched a new format for their 2012 Campaign last week…”In Conversation”.

The conversation was with Brigadier General [Res] Michael Herzog and Joanna Landau who were the guests at three of the four functions held last week.

Guest moderators at the conversations were Dr Ron Weiser AM, Vic Alhadeff and Dr Leanne Piggott.  Michael Herzog is a pre-eminent military and intelligence expert.  A political analyst, he is currently an International Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.   Joanna Landau is the dynamic Executive Director of KINETIS, an innovative, not-for-profit organisation showcasing Israel as the creative energy capital of the world.
The UIA Young Women’s Division group – Tikvah – also held a very successful event with guest speakers Joanna Landau and Samantha Brett.  Samantha Brett is Australia’s number one dating expert,  an author, columnist, TV and radio host.  She is featured daily on media outlets across the globe.

 

More than 400 women attended United Israel Appeal lunches in Sydney last week.
