Two babies crying for help
Following an appeal published in J-Wire two Jewish babies who have been removed from their mother by DOCS have found a Jewish family prepared to foster them.
The babies, a tw0-month-old boy and a 20-month-old girl are currently under care with a family member awaiting DOCS approval of their new home..
Jewish House CEO Rabbi Mendel Kastel told J-Wire: “DOCS expect that the babies will be returned to the mother in approximately three months although there is a chance they may go their grandmother who lives overseas.”
