Triguboff donates court victory cash to bushfire appeal

Sydney property magnate, Harry Triguboff, won a landmark case against the NSW Valuer General last week.The judgement finally settle a dispute as to whether Triguboff was responsible for paying an additional $200,ooo in land tax for a property adjoining his own home.

Triguboff told media that the $200,000 was not the isue, but the principal itself and that many landowners would not have been able to afford the protracted legal action.

He says the money will now go to the Red Cross Bushfire Relief Appeal
