The Sydney Jewish Writers’ Festival recently launched its 2012 program which boasts an outstanding line-up of writers and sessions.

Festival Director Michael Misrachi reports that tickets are already flying out the door and urges people to book before the early-bird discount ends on 31 July.

The SJWF is a four-day festival dedicated to the richness and diversity of contemporary Jewish writing and features writers from around Australia and overseas.

Its program includes big names from Israel like Tom Segev and Irris Makler, iconic Australians like Ita Buttrose and John Bell, beloved writers from our community including Joanne Fedler and Arnold Zable, some of the most celebrated authors of the year including Elliot Perlman and Anna Funder, and many more.
