It added that during the operation in Danaba, IDF forces and opened fire at the house of one of the suspects, who was believed to be armed and dangerous.
There were no casualties, and the suspect was arrested and taken in for questioning.
The suspects are believed to have aided terrorist Ashraf Naalwa, who murdered two Israelis in a terror attack at the Barkan industrial zone earlier this month. A manhunt for Naalwa is still ongoing.
Meanwhile, during an IDF operation to locate weapon caches in the Palestinian village of Tammun, northeast of Nablus, violent riots erupted overnight on Wednesday, in which some 50 Palestinians threw stones and fireworks at Israeli forces, who responded with riot control measures and live ammunition to disperse the crowd and restore order.
Weapons, including two homemade guns, were seized during the operation.
According to Palestinian Authority health officials in Ramallah, one person was killed during the clashes.
