Rabbi Ian Goodhardt of  Melbourne’s Blake Street Hebrew Congregation has highlighted a dilemma facing the orthodox over the timing of Succoth. Can you help?

Daylight saving commences in the early hours of 2nd day Succot this year.  What are our communities doing?  Are we advising people that their clocks will show a time that is out by one hour, or are shuls declaring their own private time zone until the end of Yom Tov?  Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
