Special guest for MAIGS Board Meeting
The Maccabi Australia International Games board meeting this week was privileged to receive counsel from Eyal Tiberger, Director-General of Maccabi World Union.

The charismatic driving force behind last year’s 18th Maccabiah in Israel had plenty of advice for the team headed by Jeff Houseman organising this year’s second MAIGS to be held in Sydney between December 26 and January 2.
In a video interview with JiWire, Tiberger suggests that any Jewish sportsman or sportswoman who does not have direct ties with Maccabi should get involved and participate in MAIGS…with the ultimate goal of representing Australia at the 19th Maccabiah in Israel in 2013.
