The musical treat will include combined chazzanim and combined choirs as well as an enhanced St Kilda Shule Henry Shaw Oration prior to the Selichot. This year Caulfield Shule will host the Service with St Kilda Shule hosting it next year. Caulfield’s Chazzan Dov Farkas will lead the choral Service with the backing of St Kilda Shule’s combined choir supplemented by members of Caulfield’s “Chevra” under the baton of St Kilda Shule’s choirmaster Adrian Bartak. Presidents Peter Cohen OAM and Robert Weil are delighted that the two congregations will join together and look forward to many successful years sharing these services in the future.
