Well over 1000 people attended Jewish music festival at the pavilion at Sydney’s Bondi Beach despite continual rain.

Festival director Gary Holzman said:  “Despite the weather we were pleased with the turn out.

The constant drizzle, which at times intensified to heavier downpours, did not dampen the joyous mood nor affect any of the fabulous performances, as all stages were undercover. The only thing that literally blew people away was the incredible talent and amazing variety of acts on offer … which is of course always a hallmark of the Shir Madness festival.”

The festival was utilised four stages working simultaneously.
