Running for a Jewish museum in NYC
Former Melbournian Callum Donnelly will run next month’s 2016 New York City Marathon to raise funds the Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust.
26-yr-old Callum from Mount Waverley said: “When I first moved to NYC a year ago, this was one of the first places I sought out. It was a powerful and emotional place to visit and reinforced my desire to learn more about the Jewish people, their struggle and ultimate resilience and courage in the face of the worst adversity imaginable.
The Museum helps tell the story of the holocaust and the rejuvenation of the Jewish
people after one of the darkest chapters in the History of Civilization. The Museum looks at the past and the future to educate all peoples and to ensure this never happens again.
I am running on behalf of the Museum to help them continue the important work that they do. Any donations would be appreciated. You can access the link here to donate – Click here to support Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust NYC Marathon 2016 by Callum Donnelly”
