Record turnout for JNF in Sydney
Former Head of the Israeli Air Force (IAF) and CEO of EL Al, Major General (Res.) Elyezer Shkedy addressed a record crowd at the JNF Campaign Dinner in Sydney.

The record audience of 1200 was treated to three sessions of world-renowned Israeli mentalist Lior Suchard.
The event was a sell-out with many missing out.
Elyezer Shkedy and the NSW president David Moses stressed out that both Israel and the Diaspora must stand for the future of the Jewish State.
JNF National CEO Dan Springer commented that “building upon the strong momentum of previous JNF dinners, we decided to mix it up this year, bringing together one of Israel’s most popular military heroes with one of its most internationally celebrated entertainers, for a memorable night of miracles. The 2019 campaign, in support of Kadesh Barnea on the Egyptian border, will continue JNF’s work to grow pioneering communities in the Negev, in the realisation of Ben Gurion’s vision.”
Major General Shkedy stressed in no uncertain terms that “we have to stick together as Israel can only depend on its citizens and worldwide Jewish support”.
