The kosher certified hotel will offer a memorable kosher dining experience across two dinner sittings in the pop-up restaurant, for $90 per person, utilising its kosher kitchen – the only fully-separate kosher kitchen in Sydney.

The kosher pop-up will be the first in a regular series, following the recent launch of InterContinental Sydney Double Bay’s own in-house kosher catering for events and celebrations.

With certification by the Kashrut Authority, the five-star retreat has collaborated with kosher chefs, suppliers and local community to bring together all the required elements to deliver spectacular kosher dining experiences.

For the inaugural pop-up restaurant, Executive Chef Julien Pouteau has sourced fresh seasonal kosher produce, such as trout, kingfish and lamb, to design a stunning menu, with kosher beverages also available.

“Just weeks after launching our own in-house kosher catering for events, we are delighted to now introduce the first in a regular series of pop-up kosher restaurants for the local community,” Julien said.

“We are keen to re-establish our iconic building as a hub for kosher experiences, with a focus on bringing the freshest seasonal ingredients to our guests, while ensuring all cultural and traditional rituals are respected.”
