Ray Williams is the NSW Minister for Multiculturalism…he sends a Passover message.

Ray Williams

Ray Williams says: “I am pleased to send my warmest greetings to all Jewish Australians celebrating Passover in New South Wales this year.

This inspiring festival is the chance to gather and share with family and friends, reading the Haggadah, eating Matzah and singing at the Seder table.

Pesach eternally commemorates the biblical journey of Jewish people from slavery in Egypt to freedom in the Promised Land.

As the NSW Government deepens our ties with Israel, this is an important moment to reflect on the many contributions made by Jewish Australians to our way of life.

I wish everyone a happy and peaceful Pesach.”
