It’s official. I can now legally go to the front of the line.

Having received my eighty-plus card I am now entitled to skip queues in a multitude of places. That is the law, but how it works out in practice remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, we enjoy our free travel on all buses and trains and gratefully take the opportunity to sit in seats vacated by the younger generation.

    The worldwide cry for Benjamin Netanyahu to stand down over the Gaza issue, [whatever the result, my assertions at least], are he can meet those in this life and the next who have gone before him [including his own brother] assured of the fact he has made reparation in his lifetime for the sufferings at the hands of those who wanted to deprive you of existence in thought or in deed.
