Israel may not be a world power in the sporting arena but nevertheless, our sportspeople at the Tokyo Olympics still managed to bring home some coveted medals.

Midsummer is usually a time when nations wind down and relax.

Although life may seem slightly less frenetic, reality means that Israel’s ongoing endeavours in the fields of defence, innovation and research never slackens.

 

MORE EVIDENCE FROM THE PAST

 Archaeologists in Jerusalem have made yet another incredible discovery.

It seems that during the time of the First Temple there was a massive earthquake that shook the city. Reference to this event is made in the Prophetic Books of Amos and Zechariah and now for the first time ever, proof has been found.
