Holocaust-denier Dr Fredrick Toben has been barred from visiting a Courage to Care exhibition in country Victoria.Federal Court judge Anthony Besanko responded positively to an application made by Jeremy Jones, a former president of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry, claiming that Toben’s announced visit to the exhibition would be inappropriate.

Dr Harrty Better, a Holocaust survivor who survived the war being billeted with a Catholic family, will speak at the exhibition and the application was made in order to prevent any confrontation between Better and Toben.

Dr Toben is currently on bail appealing a three months’ prison sentence after being found guilty of ignoring court orders disallowing him to publish antisemitic or Holocaust -denying material on his Adelaide Institute web site.
