No appeal for Cyprys

Former Melbourne Yeshiva employee and volunteer David Cyprys has been unsuccessful in seeking leave to appeal his conviction  relating to the sexual abuse of children.

Cyprys is currently serving an eight year sentence with a five and  a half year non-parole element following his sentencing in December last year.
