New leader for UIA Young Leadership in NSW
Joshua Biggs has taken over from Robert Kawalsky as Chair of UIA NSW Young Leadership.
UIA NSW CEO Yair Miller commented that “Our Young Leadership division is one of our most dynamic and the calibre of our leadership reflects this through the quality of leadership we are able to attract. Rob has done an excellent job and I am sure Josh will take the division to a whole new level. The passion of our Young Leadership executive is inspiring and bodes well for the future of UIA, the vital projects we support and our community as a whole.”
Joshua says that “It is both an honour and privilege to be given the opportunity to lead the Young Leadership Division of the UIA. My main goal is to find new ways to engage with the next generation in order to strengthen and solidify their connection with Israel, and to ensure they feel proud to support the many programs and projects of the UIA.”
Joshua is a graduate of the Keren Hayesod Kesher program and recently returned from Israel after participating in the ground breaking ROI conference.
UIA Young Leadership has experienced a very impressive run of excellent engagement events and fundraising activities over the last few years and looks forward to their next large event in November.
Robert Kawalsky served as Chair for three years and will continue will work with UIA as a volunteer.
