“Every Single Saturday” was conceived, written and directed by Joanna Weinberg and takes a musical look at the antics of soccer parents. The play also stars well-known local identity, Geoff Sirmai and is choreographed by Daniella Lacob.

Weinberg, a mother of two, featured in 18 TV series in her native Cape Town before emigrating to Australia in 1996…spending her early years as a budding professional busking in the South African city’s streets.

Cabaret became one of Weinberg’s strong points and she wrote the words and music for her long featuring one-woman show “The Piano Diaries”.

Every Single Saturday started its life as a well-received short play which Weinberg has expanded into a full-blown musical.  Read more about the show here…and for booking details.
