Australia’s new ambassador to Israel has arrived in the country
Ambassador Andrea Faulkner
Ambassador Andrea Faulkner arrived in Israel.
She is Australia’s first woman to represent the country in Israel and this is her first ambassadorial appointment. Tel Aviv is familiar territory to her, however, as she served as the second secretary at the embassy there between 1992 and 1994.
Ambassador Faulkner may well involve herself in the already established cultural links between the two countries. She is a Bachelor of Music and Arts.
