An audience of almost 700 packed the College’s auditorium.

The event was organised to raise funds for Moriah’s tour band and 61-member symphony orchestra who will tour the USA and Israel in November.

The orchestra will comprise students from Years 7 to 11.

The school’s Director of Music Roberta Goot told J-Wire: “it was a really important concert for the students. Steve Clisby who told them that music comes from the heart, played one half of the concert with his band and the school’s musicians played the other half. It was very inspiring and our students loved it.”

More fund-raising event are planned for the coming months.
