Melbourne prayer services for Pittsburgh victories

The Rabbinical Council of Victoria together with the Council of Orthodox Synagogues Victoria join with Jewish communities around the world in mourning the tragic and horrific loss of life at the ‘Tree of Life – Or L’Simcha Congregation’ Synagogue in Pittsburgh this past Shabbat.

The community is invited to a prayer service for the victims of the Pittsburgh shooting this Tuesday night, October 30, at Caulfield Hebrew Congregation, 572 Inkerman Rd Caulfield Nth.

Mincha will be at 6.25pm, followed immediately by a prayer service and Maariv at 7.00pm.

We pray that all those injured have a full recovery and send our condolences and wishes of comfort to the families of those that lost loved ones.

Progressive Judaism Victoria and Kehillat Nitzan (Masorti) will hold a service this evening at 6:30pm  at Kehillat Nitzan (36/40 Hawthorn Rd, Caulfield North)

Representatives of the JCCV will be attending both services.
