The Maccabi All Abilities dance workshop in Sydney gave kids the opportunity to enjoy dance.

The superstar students experienced social interaction, physical fitness, creative expression as well as community participation. With the generous support of JCA The Choice Foundation, our class was anything but typical.  Today’s class included a warm-up with some light stretching, learning and practising choreography, and creative activity which involved improvisation, trying out new dance styles, experimenting with props such as pom-poms and doing some group games.

The students focused on rhythm and movement to current and past hits that are upbeat and fun. The dance class trained staff helped all participants develop self-confidence through gentle encouragement and laughter. All the students loved grooving to the beat and having fun.
