The Australian adaptation, Limmud Oz, annually organises a festival of Jewish learning. Lawton participated in Limmud Oz in Melbourne last weekend.

“The Board of Deputies has always welcomed  the input of different views and opinions in its decision-making processes,” chief executive officer Vic Alhadeff said. “Clive Lawton will explore the fraught issue of whether clashing opinions on matters of significance should be kept behind closed doors or exposed to the general public. We look forward to members of the community attending and hearing from this engaging speaker.”
The meeting will be held in the Benefactors Hall, Darlinghurst, on Tuesday June 19 at 7.30pm.  Inquiries: 9360 1600
