This program empowers exceptional young people to explore their leadership potential through an immersive personal and professional development journey in Israel, inspired by the Jewish charge to repair the world.

REALITY is an initiative of the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, a global organisation that seeks to ignite the passion and unleash the power in young people to create positive change in the Jewish community and across the broader world.

Australian participant Sheree Rubinstein, is the co-founder and director of One Roof in Melbourne.

Andrew Lesa, is the Youth Adviser at Peace Child International in Auckland
