Marc initiated legal action in Israel and the USA against Unilever, for what, was tantamount to illegal BDS conduct against Avi Zinger by Ben and Jerry’s headquarters in Vermont, Unilever’s subsidiary.
Marc outlines the grounds for the legal claim by Avi Zinger, who steadfastly refused to cave to the demands and illegal discrimination of the anti-Israel senior Ben and Jerry’s executives in Vermont.
Marc explains that the matter has now been resolved successfully for Avi Zinger who now owns Ben and Jerry’s Israel in perpetuity, selling the product under Hebrew and Arabic labelling.
