On the last Tuesday of each month one high-flying Sydney chef prepares a scrumptious and easy to cook menu for 15 girls and 15 guys in at Bondi Our Big Kitchen.

It may sound like a singles event (and although people have been known to find love) this setup has simply proven to be the most successful in terms of dynamic, learning and fun for the night.

This month, former Bistro Moncur and current head chef of the Bucklet List, Tom Walton will join Last Tuesday’s Diner to help students whip up an impressive three-course meal of house smoked king salmon salad with peas, mint and meyer lemon puree for entrée, a main course of veal cotoletta with heirloom tomatoes, basil and pinenuts and mouth-watering raspberry and white peach summer pudding for dessert.

As well as learning important culinary skills and mingling with cool people, attending Last Tuesday’s Diner will satisfy your inner humanitarian with a portion of the food created at every event going directly to local people in need.
