Melbourne’s Jewish Care is proud to once again run its Postcards for Pesach mental health awareness campaign.

Each year, our free postcards are distributed at various sites across the community, with the aim of helping to reduce stigma, encourage help-seeking and promote more open conversations about mental health.

The 5667 / 2017 campaign focuses on youth mental health and wellbeing, and was developed in consultation with young people. With adolescents experiencing mental ill health at a significantly higher rate than the general population, this year’s campaign is particularly important. We appreciate the assistance of the community in helping to spread the message.

To order copies of the free postcards for your organisation or group, contact Jewish Care’s Mental Health Promotion Officer on 8517 5908 or [email protected]
