A rising light in not just the NSW Jewish community but also Australia’s has been dimmed into blackness with the passing of former president of The New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies Jeremy Spinak.

At the age of 36 with a future which would have impacted magnificently on his family, the Jewish community and possibly all Australia, Jeremy Spinak was struck down by cruel, rare cancer.

Now a group of his friends has established The Jeremy Spinak Family Fund provide Jeremy’s young family to get back on their feet by supporting them across a range of areas dependent on their needs. The fund will be administered by JewishCare in consultation with Jeremy’s family and his closest friends.
