J-wire recently published a statement from the NSW Kashrut Authority in which a barrister opined that the the K-A’s response to the Kashrut Commission of Inquiry contained no failure of governance…so we asked for the barrister’s findings.

Alas, we are under-privileged. Baron Revelman, president of the Kashrut Authority told J-Wire: “Unfortunately, the opinion is privileged and may be used in future litigation and therefore must remain confidential at this time.   The quote that was given was given with permission of the SC.

That is all we can reveal at this stage.”
Looks like we have to wait.
