The Executive Director of the Sydney-based Israel Trade Commission will address the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies monthly plenum next week.

Ehud Gonen

Ehud Gonen will talk on why Israel’s economy is flourishing despite the global financial crisis. He will also examine the Arab economies and the economic threat regarding the Iranian issue.
Board of Deputies CEO Vic Alhadeff said: “This is a great opportunity to go behind the headlines and acquire an understanding of why Israel’s economy has emerged bigger and stronger when so many others are collapsing. Mr Gonen will also explore the ramifications of an escalation of the Iranian crisis. We urge members of the community to be there.”
The plenum will be held next Tuesday February 14 at 7.30pm in the Benefactors Hall, Darlinghurst.
