A delegation of thirteen Israeli companies involved in water usage will visit Perth week to meet with the leaders of Australia’s mining industry.

Israel is known as the “Silicon Valley” of water and Perth is the capital of of Autralia’s mining industry…an enormous user of water and always on the lookout for new cost-cutting technology.

The delegation will visit several major mining, engineering and water treatment companies.

Organised by the Israel Trade Commission in Sydney in conjunction with the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce, the delegation follows a recent trip to Israel by WA Minister for Water, Dr Graham Jacobs.
