Interfaith program announced

The Anti Defamation Commission has announced its Multifaith Future Leaders Program for 2011.

Participants will engage in sessions dealing with conflict resolution, media skills and public speaking  run by trained professionals with drumming and theatre sports also on offer.

The successful program is now entering its 3rd year and involves participants from Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Sikh, Baha’i, Hare Krishna, Buddhist and Hindu faith groups.

Sessions on ‘demystifying the other’ will be held followed by informal discussion.

The three day residential program will take place in Kyneton, Victoria between Feb 21 and February 23.

Potential future leaders are encouraged to apply  to participate.
