B’nai B’rith Retirement Villages (BBRV) have responded to increasing demand for affordable accommodation for seniors by purchasing an existing apartment block in Sydney’s vibrant Double Bay.

Situated in Guilfoyle Avenue, the block consists of nine apartments –  five  x 2 bedroom with sunroom apartments, three x 2 bedroom apartments and one x 1 bedroom with sunroom.

Located a short level walk from the centre of Double Bay, the apartments offer downsizing seniors the opportunity to continue living independently.

“The apartments will be fully renovated to reflect the high standard of BBRV and will be offered under similar conditions as those at our Princess Gardens village” said Leon Fredkin, General Manager.

The apartments should be ready for occupation by mid-2018.  Jewish seniors wanting to place their name on the wait-list to secure an apartment early should contact BBRV Princess Gardens Village Manager. Details can be found on BBRV’s website.
