Henry Greener’s talks will Deborah Blashki-Marks and Rabbi Dov Lipman and presents Newt’s News.

 

Deborah Blashki-Marks, Interviewer and Editor of “Standing Up”, the Book released at the Australian Jewish Museum, coinciding with an Exhibition there of the Photos from the Book, taken by Woodrow Wilson. The book was Launched by Mr John Gandel . Along with Gary Samowitz, CEO of Stand Up, Lillian Kline, Project Manager, Jacqui Dubs, Sub-editor and Liora Caplan, Book design and typesetting all were involved in producing a Book about Jewish People Committed to a Better World, bringing together an amazing list of Humanitarians, Philanthropists and Social Justice Activists, including David Gonski, Carol Schwartz, Danny Almagor, Mark Leibler, Boydie Turner, Melissa Castan, Sam Lipski and Danny Almagor.

 

Rabbi Dov Lipman’s “An ‘American’ MK” Book Launch at Lamm Jewish Library in Melbourne. he spoke about the trials and tribulations of being elected to the Israeli Parliament in the Yesh Atid Party, a very interesting journey. He is in Australia as a guest of the Zionist Federation of Australia’s Educators Conference. The segment opens and ends with music from Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier, “Nothing Tastes The Same”
