Hagshama Sydney has spiced up Bondi Beach with over 150 young adults descending on BB’s bar at Bondi Beach for an evening of ethnic grooves and salsa moves.

The Bucket Room was a free open event attracting a large and diverse audience, at the end of each set the bucket was passed around the audience who donated generously to the musicians.

Israeli singer Hanaoch Ben David opened the evening with original Hebrew sounds accompanied by his band and backup singers. “It is so refreshing to hear modern Israeli music in Bondi”, commented Shahar Borokovsky. The evening then kicked up a gear when Jeane Bastoff took to the stage belting out spicy Brazilian music. The Hagshama Bucket room looks forward to hosting more of our community’s talented musicians in 2012!
