Greek Deputy Foreign Minister visits Jewish Museum

The Greek Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Terens Quick took the time out of his busy schedule on his first trip to Australia to visit the Sydney Jewish Museum.

Stavros Kyrimis Consul General of Greece in Sydney, Executive Director (NSW) of Executive Council of Australian Jews, Mr Peter Wertheim, Terens Quick, Her Excellency Mrs Ekaterini Xagorari Ambassador to Greece, Mr Michael Jaku Board Member of both the Sydney Jewish Museum and AAJHS&D

A museum spokesperson said: “He was visibly moved and congratulated the Museum on the outstanding new Holocaust exhibition and the extremely functional layout of the various levels within the Museum.”

On behalf of the Museum, Peter Wertheim handed a copy of the recently launched book Jewish ANZACs to Terens Quick
