Dedicated to bringing the best in Jewish learning, the first Limmud started a new way of bringing together all sorts of people to listen to and engage with others who presented ideas and knowledge that they wanted to share.
Clive Lawton continues to teach, as CEO of the Commonwealth Jewish Council, Clive is in Australia to communicate and promote the concepts that Limmud has been promulgating for the past 40 years, so that Jewish communities worldwide can cross-pollinate their knowledge, ideas and opinions.
Clive Lawton discusses the controversial topic of antisemitism, which was the subject of his Talk at the JCCV Plenum during his brief visit to Melbourne. The show ends with a Video Clip of the Havdallah Service at the Limmud FSU New York in 2017.
