Ex-priest found not guilty of sex charges worked at Sydney Yeshiva
James Patrick Jennings was found not guilty in 2010 after being tried on six charges of indecent assault on schoolboys in 2009 worked for more than ten years at the Sydney Yeshiva.
The charges related to incidents which occurred at St Stanislaus College between 1960 and 1961.
Jennings left the priesthood in the 1970s.
Yeshiva spokesman Rabbi Eli Feldman told J-Wire that Jennings had worked as an administrator and had had no contact with children. He added: “He was with us in the 1980s and served as an administrator for about then years. I believe he was married at that time. We had no problems with him,
Putrid absolutely.
You’ve become a dumping ground for Catholic priests now have you?
It wasn’t enough you were done over in the Holocaust.
the good rabbi oam failed to mention that good old jimbo was charged with more counts in 2012 and his trial for those charges is sometime in 2013 ……

rabbi feldman is correct in telling us that a not guilty verdict was found in the case below …. but thats a half thruth ……. my mama always told me that telling half truths usually lead to harsh truths…..

He is telling is side of the story as far as the Yeshiva is involved. That no doubt is the end of it as far as he is concerned

Jennings was found not guilty in 2010 in NSW,yes that is correct.
He was subsequently arrested & charged in Victoria .
In 2012 following a committal hearing he was ordered to stand trial for allegations in Victoria (separate from those in NSW).That trial is set for this year 2013.
Any assertion that Jennings is cleared of allegations is misleading & disingenuous.
Rabbi Eli Feldman was probably born in the 80s.
So?? What’s your point?
