Eugene Berkovic
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Eugene Berkovic (ז״ל). Eugene was a consummate and talented professional, who worked as a taxation partner at Deloitte Australia.
The President of The Executive Council of Australian Jewry Anton Block writes: “He was immensely generous with his expertise and had an unwavering dedication to the Jewish community. This led him to serve in various capacities in a distinguished career of communal life, including most recently as Honorary Treasurer of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry.
We mourn the untimely passing of our friend and colleague, we pray for his wife, Debbie and their children, Danielle and Chloe.
May they be blessed with long life and be comforted among the mourners of Zion. May they know no further sorrow.”
