Yom Limmud limited first release tickets on sale
Yom Limmud, Sydney’s annual festival of Jewish Ideas and Learning, is fast approaching and will be held at the stunning, newly renovated UNSW Roundhouse on June 17 this year. A limited number of discounted first release tickets are available until April 17.
Tickets start from $39.00, with special rates for under-30s, under-18s and pensioners.
Our line-up this year includes some of our most diverse and storied presenters yet. As always, our key topics and presenters cover traditional and contemporary Jewish issues. Limmud events always provoke and inspire, and Yom Limmud this year will be no exception. Speaking at our special pre-Limmud event is Rabba Yaffa Epstein, a fascinating educator, well-versed in the meeting points of traditional and contemporary Jewish issues. Yaffa is an ordained rabbi, and has taught Talmud, Jewish Law and Liturgy at many famous Jewish institutions around the world. Yaffa currently teaches at the Pardes Institute in Jerusalem, known for its progressive, diverse and intensive model of Jewish education.
At Yom Limmud, you can hear Pakistani-American journalist Haroon Moghul, Yeminite-Israeli poet Adi Keissar, Jewish philosopher and ethicist Emily Filler and many more engaging presenters. There will also be skill-building workshops and yoga sessions, all included in the ticket price. We’re also excited to be offering a range of live music, market stalls, a Young Limmud program for kids and teens, and so much more.
